I am trying my best to diet and would like to save while doing so & I would like to receive coupons because of the bad economy today

How do i use coupons? I am new to this.
How to use coupons try to find the ones that DO NOT EXPIRE for a little more than a month or ones that EXPIRE LATER in the year or even try to find coupons that DO NOT HAVE AN EPIRATION DATE on them at all. If you get a hold of coupons that expire soon try to use them at least 10 days prior to the expiration date, if you come across coupons that expire in at least two to ten months than you can take your time using them, and the ones that don’t have any expriation date on them at all you can use them all the time all through out the year without any worries of running out of time to get them product before the expriation date.
Start a binder broke down in sections to keep coupons organized. call your local stores and find out there coupon policies or check there web sites.
Whats the best way to do the binder? I am new too and need ways to stratagize my shopping trips. I am almost out of everything right now and need to go shopping and would like to get prepared before i go. Any advice on where to start and the easiest way?
I did my binder in a “leather”(??) zip around style. I used tabbed dividers that I have labeled with the categories that work for me. I used both full page sheet protectors – to store a print out of the coupon policies for stores I shop often, and those big coupons (DSW, Macy’s, Kohl’s, etc.), and I used sheets designed to store sports cards (9 per page) to put individual coupons in. I’ve also put in some lined paper for the shopping list. The zip around style lets me store some pens/pencils, but a zipper pocket would also work for an open side binder.
I WOULD LIKE TO START COUPONING BUT I DONT KNOW WHERE TO START. I KNOW ABOUT THE SUNDAY PAPER BUT WHAT WEBSITES CAN I GO ON TO GET THE COUPONS FROM.

Start with you own sunday news papers that you may get on Sunday morning and then go on-line, and you could also as your friends and neighbors to help you by saving their coupons for you, especially the ones that you know will not be using the coupons in their own home. You also go to your local drug stores and convienant stores after hours or early the next morning and ask them for all of the news papers that they may have let over the earlier that day or the morning before and the should give them to you with no problems…..then you would be set with all the coupons that you could ever imagine ever having at your finger tips

go on-line, get the paper out of your drive-way and friends and family nand neighbors in order to get you started.
but don’t steal their papers. They too may want to use the coupons. maybe find a newspaper carrier who you could ask to give you the left over coupons from the Sunday papers that are leftovers from their route

It works by getting as many coupons as possible and using them on the items that you spend a ton of money of in one months time. Like LAUNDRY DETERGANT, FABRIC SOFTNER, TOOTH PASTE, MOUTH WASH, SHAMPOO, CONDITIONER, AND BODY WASH……Than also look for COUPONS FOR FOOD ITEMS that you may buy all the time…….than sit back and watch the savings start racking up right before your eyes…
I really need some ideas on how to get started. Which websites do I need to use to receive coupons. I have 2 children and a husband. My daughter needs diapers and wipes and my son needs things for himself, he’s 4 years old. I was in the US Army for nearly 3 years. I still have a alot of friends fighting for this country. Being a war veteran I know what its like when you are in a remote area and you really need certain items. Please help me to help them and stop leaving pay check to pay check.
I used to do this all the time and barely pay anything….Then I stopped…Should I use a notebook with photo holders for all my coupons? Because I am starting again…Time to save money should have never stopped…But my little coupon holder wont hold everything…Just need to know hopw to organize them please help
I am new to couponing too but I have found that you must first start by calling your local grocers and ask them what their coupon policy is. We only have 2 in my area that double coupons and only up to the .50 ones. But it helps alittle when some items like Totinos party pizzas go on sale for 4 for $5 or even 10 for $10. Go to Totinos.com and you can get a .50 coupon which can double and I have either paid .25 per little pizza or nothing at all!!! Now thats what I call a bargain!! Good luck to everyone!!!!!

My problem is why does anyone need 200 deoderants stocked on a shelf in their bedroom? I have a binder also. And I enjoy getting a good deal just like the next gal. I do better when I go and buy like $50 purchases and pay around $20. And it is on things I use. I need to know where extreme couponers get 25 of the same coupon????

Hello, everyone, my name is Amber. My husband and I were both working full time jobs and we were still living pay check to pay check. We have a 3 and 4 year. Last month my son got really sick. He has to be on a special diet. I had to quit my job because there is no one who knows how to care for him. He is doing better but that’s because I watch what he eats and I know how to give him all of his meds. Now my husband is the only person working and it’s really hard. Our son’s meds are over $800 per month and we are spending double on food each month. Right now its hard to buy tooth paste, soap, and food. I don’t know what to do. I need help, and I WILL spend 10, 20, 40, even 60 hours a week on couponing if I could help and feed my family.
